Middle East
- Structuring development options across different Emirates in UAE for a 4,600 acres mixed-use development. Cost: US$ 29 billion
- Campus style mixed-use Development, RAK, UAE (13 million sft. TCA on a 310 acre site) and includes Offices, Retail, Hotels, Single & Multi-family residential. Cost: US$ 1.2 billion
- Corporate Business Park mixed-use development, Dubai, UAE (4.6 million sft. TCA) and includes Offices, Retail, Hotel, Serviced Apartments. Cost: US$ 723 million
- Timeshare resort development in UAE (1.3 million sq.ft) and includes Timeshare units, fractional ownership units, residential apartments and a hotel and spa. Cost: US$ 377 million
- Residential Development, Dubai, UAE (604,550 sf TCA) and includes multi-family residential and support facilities. Cost: US$ 185 million
India
- Integrated Industrial Corridor and Trade Zone, Eastern India (25,000 acres) and includes ports, ship building yards, airport, power plants, industrial zones, and supporting facilities
- Mixed Use District in South India (1.51 million sq.ft spread over 22 acres) and includes movie studios and post production facilities, retail, offices, cinemas hotel, convention centre and residential. Cost: US$ 140 million
- Convention Center District in Western India (15 million sq.ft spread over 200 acres) and includes a 12,000 seat Convention Center, 7 Hotels, Offices, Retail and Residential. Cost: US$ 861 million
- Mixed Use District in Southern India (15 million sq.ft spread over 850.5 acres) and includes Golf Course Community, Single & Mult Family residential, Hotel, Hospital, Retail and Offices. Cost: US$ 650 million
- Structure Joint ventures between a large developer in India and overseas specialist contractors/vendors
