In addition to a developer’s own employees, this delivery would require the services of a large number of quality consultants/contractors/vendors. Having handled delivery of aggressive roll outs, our team can facilitate and help structure strategic relationships between the developer and various other parties involved. - Managing planning and design to enhance development value and efficiencies
- Managing consultants to ensure that development objectives are met
- Driving value engineering to optimise costs, evaluating and recommending the right construction technology to ensure quality and speedy delivery
- Managing the procurement/tender process and award of contract and/or assisting in the negotiated tender process that leads to a profitable partnership between employer and contractor
- Overseeing and tracking project progress through the client’s project management team
- Managing processes leading to product handover
- Sourcing/Training Development Staff to augment the developer’s operational activities
