Key members of our team have worked together for over five years for one of the region’s most prominent property developers. During this period, they have directed the development of projects covering over 60,000 acres, 250 million sq. ft. TCA, across an impressive range of sectors - single family/multi-family residential (low & high rise), retail, commercial (offices, convention centre), hotels, leisure (golf courses, equestrian facilities, marinas, clubhouses), new towns, institutions (schools, healthcare) and infrastructure.

Our team members also comprised the core group that conceptualized, negotiated and executed the first large real estate project developed in India through the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) route, during their tenure with the real estate giant. Set-up as a joint venture with a State Government in Southern India, the project included the development of a state-of-the-art, 6,000-seat convention centre and a 300-room 4-star business hotel on a 15-acre site; and the development of a 535-acre site that included a 18-hole championship golf course, a club house, residential plots, apartments, IT parks, and a boutique resort hotel. The combined project cost was in excess of US$ 250 million and estimates for revenue in excess of US$ 500 million.
